Due to the current COVID-19 situation and the most recent recommendations by the Provincial Government & Work Safe BC, we feel obliged to do what we can to help slow the spread of the virus. We will continue to operate as a “Pet Only Clinic” to facilitate physical distancing. This means that we will NOT be allowing clients into our building unless pre-approved by management for extenuating circumstances only.
This means we are not allowing clients into our building at this time, which allows for our in-clinic headcount to support being fully staffed so we may help as many pets as possible. Please call upon arrival of your appointment and someone will ask you some questions over the phone prior to admitting your pet for their appointment.
We have added a Curbside History Form to assist the appointment process, and it will be available to complete on our website www.kennedyheightsanimalhosp.ca or we can have it emailed to you prior to your appointment. This form asks you several common questions about your pet’s overall health, and gives you the opportunity to note any concerns you may have.
Please help us protect our staff so we can continue to serve our community; If you or someone in your household have travelled or are feeling ill in any way, or have come in contact with anyone who is ill in the last 14 days, we ask that you please have someone from outside the home bring your pet in.
If you are in need of food or other pet supplies, please visit our online VetStore that is available to you 24/7. Home delivery option is strongly recommended! www.myvetstore.ca/khabh
We are encouraging the use of processing your payments either by E-Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or by credit card over the phone. If you do need to pay by debit, we will bring the terminal out to you to process your payment. Payments of CASH are strongly discouraged but will still be accepted.
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 rapidly changes, we will continue to evolve our response to it. These are challenging times for many of us, so please remember to be kind to one another and our hard-working staff.
