Stephanie has been working at Kennedy Heights Animal Hospital since February, 2011. As a veterinary assistant, Stephanie helps care for hospitalized and boarding pets. She also helps monitor patients during anesthesia and other procedures. Stephanie is one of the main reasons that our clinic stays neat and tidy-we always know when she’s been working because everything is in tip-top shape! Stephanie is amazing at making the clinic beautiful in another way-with her art! She has painted and drawn many things for us around the clinic.
Stephanie enjoys seeing all of the different patients that come in from working at a bird vet and small animal vet, she takes comfort in the knowledge that we are helping them in some way. She also likes spending time with our boarding patients-giving them that extra little snuggle! Stephanie has a ferret named Hobbs who enjoys hiding everything, an axolotl (a type of Mexican salamander) named Norrington, a leopard gecko named Phoebe and she shares her home with her boyfriend Aaron and his flame point ragdoll named Buddy (who knows tricks!!). Outside of work, she likes hiking and kayaking but she also enjoys staying inside and playing video games and painting. Stephanie’s meticulous work here has made her a valuable team member and her artistic contributions are certainly a bonus!
